We are thrilled to share an exciting addition to our John Jay Soccer Program – the College Soccer 101 page on our new website here.

Currently with 14 resources linked, this page is designed to support our players who are considering playing college soccer, which many of our players do, after graduation. From outlining the distinctions between various levels and governing bodies of collegiate soccer to offering insights into creating standout highlight videos, you'll find a lot of information to guide you through the college soccer recruitment process. And while I understand that not everyone may have aspirations to play collegiately, for those who do, I strongly encourage you, whether you're a player or parent, to explore the resources available. I believe the information provided can be extremely helpful in navigating the recruitment landscape, understanding expectations at different levels, and discovering how Coach Seipp, myself, and the rest of our coaching staff at John Jay can support you throughout what can be a challenging and, at times, confusing process.

I am continuing to update and add information to the College Soccer 101 page. If you have specific questions or if there's additional information you'd like to see, please reach out to us. We are here to assist with individual circumstances or any queries you may have. My goal is to make our program website a comprehensive landing spot for all things John Jay Soccer, so any feedback you can provide is really valuable to me. It's a ton of trial and error on my end, but please do not hesitate to share any suggestions or ideas you may have to enhance the site further.
