2025 Winter Soccer Training Clips
This winter, the John Jay Winter Indoor Soccer Program evolved into a more comprehensive training experience, expanding to two-hour sessions that integrated strength training in the weight room, speed and endurance development, and high-intensity, possession-focused small-sided games. Nearly 60 players from Van Wyck Junior High and John Jay High School participated, embracing a simple but powerful technical and tactical focus: stronger, faster, better. Beyond the physical and tactical aspects, we emphasized effort, commitment, teamwork, and the importance of fostering a positive team culture and camaraderie—elements that have been lacking over the past two seasons.
