East Fishkill Clean-Up Day 3/29
John Jay Girls' Volleyball Coach Maria Mahoney, in collaboration with East Fishkill’s Town Clean-Up Day, has organized a fantastic opportunity for John Jay student-athletes to give back to our school community. On Saturday, March 29, we’ll be working together to clean up Patriot Way and its surrounding areas, ensuring our campus reflects the pride we have in it.
This is a great way to show our commitment to John Jay and make a meaningful impact. We encourage all John Jay Soccer players to step up and represent our school, our community, and our program. Coach Horton will be there pitching in, and we hope to see a strong turnout!
Date & Time
Saturday, March 29, 2025
8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Location
John Jay High School & Patriot Way
2012 NY-52, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533
Players who sign up in advance via email to Coach Horton can report directly to John Jay at 8:30 AM instead of registering at Town Hall at 8:00 AM. Coach Mahoney, Coach Horton, and other coaches will collect supplies from Town Hall and bring them back to campus to begin clean-up.
Even if you have club soccer, a game, or another commitment later in the day, we encourage you to participate, even if only for part of the time. Actions speak louder than words—taking pride in our school and community isn’t just something we say, it’s something we do.
If you’re able to attend, please email Coach Horton (brendan.horton@wcsdny.org) by Friday morning so we can confirm the list of volunteers.
Looking forward to seeing everyone out there on March 29!
