≡ General Information
The Individual Training Challenge is designed to help our players stay sharp and improve their skills through a series of ball mastery challenges. Players are provided with individual training videos to follow, focusing on key skills and techniques. By submitting videos of themselves completing these challenges, players not only track their progress but also have the opportunity to receive recognition and rewards for their dedication and hard work. Join us in elevating your game and showcasing your skills!

All you need is 1 single cone (or water bottle, or anything that can take the place of a cone)
Inside Foot 'U' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Outside Foot 'U' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Inside Foot 'V Cut' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Outside Foot 'V Cut' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Alternate Foot 'V Cut' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
L Drag 'U' - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Sole Square - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)

This ITC does not require any equipment or cones. Just a soccer ball and a little bit of space!
Toe Taps - 60 seconds (or 150 reps)
‘Bell Taps’ - 60 seconds (or 200 reps)
Inside/Outside - 60 seconds (or 100 reps)
Rocking Sole - 30 seconds each foot (or 60 reps each foot)
Sole Rolls - 60 seconds (or 200 reps)
Sole Inside Push - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Brazilian Trap - 60 seconds (or 50 reps)

For ITC #4 all you need is 2 cones (or water bottles, balls of socks, or anything that can take the place of a cone) placed one natural step apart, in front of you (See video for visual).
