Individual Training Challenge #2

We're back with the second round of our Individual Training Challenge! After three players earned brand new Nike Soccer balls from Challenge #1, we're expecting even more growth and dedication for Challenge #2 and beyond! As the club soccer season ramps up, John Jay Soccer remains dedicated to offering the best supplementary opportunities for our players!
Remember, all you've got to do is record yourself during training and share their progress with Coach Horton via text or email. These videos will be compiled and showcased on Coach Horton's Twitter/X account and, ideally, on the John Jay Soccer YouTube page as well.

ITC #2 does not require any equipment or cones. Just a soccer ball and a little bit of space!
Toe Taps - 60 seconds (or 150 reps)
‘Bell Taps’ - 60 seconds (or 200 reps)
Inside/Outside - 60 seconds (or 100 reps)
Rocking Sole - 30 seconds each foot (or 60 reps each foot)
Sole Rolls - 60 seconds (or 200 reps)
Sole Inside Push - 60 seconds (or 60 reps)
Brazilian Trap - 60 seconds (or 50 reps)
